Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must qualify for Colorado MED Badge.
• 1–3 years customer service experience.
• POS system experience required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open/close shifts and flexible scheduling.
• Be on time for shifts and breaks.
• Perform cleaning, stocking, merchandising, and product handling.
• Ensure quality control and customer service excellence.
• Assist with audits and inventory management.
• Train new employees and coach existing staff.
• Monitor METRC reporting and regulatory compliance.
