GovCIO is seeking a Senior Budget and Financial Analyst to support DHS ICE in budget execution, financial analysis, and data reporting for the Wyoming Sub-Field Office. This on-site role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and government taskings.

You will perform cost analyses, monitor funding, and deliver briefings, white papers, and risk assessments to support mission priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or commensurate experience).
• 8+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments; 2 years may be substituted by a Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial data reporting and analytics for mission requirements.
• Participate in budget analysis for formulation, execution, and planning.
• Monitor budget figures and funding obligations; analyze needs and align with priorities.
• Develop costing data and program analysis to identify savings and risks.
• Capture budget requirements and lead resolution activities aligned with outcomes.
• Support budgeting for the field office and deliverables like briefs and papers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to taskings and data calls.
• Coordinate project requirements, deadlines, and dependencies for compliance.
• Create and maintain SOPs, status reports, and program artifacts.
• Assess client needs and propose practical solutions.
