GovCIO is seeking a Senior Budget and Financial Analyst to support DHS ICE budget execution, data analytics, and reporting. The role focuses on financial management, strategic planning, and program analysis for the Wyoming Sub-Field Office with on-site requirements.

Responsibilities include cost analysis, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to address government taskings and data calls. Prior DHS involvement preferred; U.S. citizenship and clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or commensurate experience).
• 8+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments; two years of experience may be substituted by a Master's Degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial data reporting and analytics for mission-driven taskings.
• Participate in budget analysis for formulation, execution, and multi-year planning.
• Monitor execution-year budgets and funding obligations; analyze needs and align with priorities.
• Develop costing data, financial and program analyses to identify savings and risks.
• Capture budget requirements and lead or support resolution activities.
• Support budgeting and financial planning for the field office.
• Produce management briefings, white papers and risk assessments.
