Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Budget and Financial Analyst to support DHS ICE in budget execution, analysis, data calls, and reporting for the Wyoming Sub-Field Office. The role partners with stakeholders to deliver financial insights, costing data, and program analyses critical to mission success.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (8+ years) with DHS/ICE experience preferred and U.S. citizenship for DHS clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or commensurate experience).
• 8+ years of experience; Master's Degree may substitute 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial data reporting and business analytics for mission needs.
• Participate in budget analysis for formulation, execution, and planning.
• Monitor budget figures and funding obligations; analyze needs and priorities.
• Develop costing data, financial and program analysis to identify savings and risks.
• Capture budget requirements and lead/resolution activities aligned with outcomes.
• Support budgeting and financial planning for the field office.
• Develop management recommendations and prepare briefings and papers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to data calls and taskings.
• Coordinate project requirements and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain SOPs, status reports, and program artifacts.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend practical solutions.
