Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Budget and Financial Analyst to support DHS ICE with financial management, strategic planning, program management, data analytics, and reporting. This on-site role will remotely support the Wyoming Sub-Field Office in budget execution and analysis, taskings, data calls, and program needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years in dynamic delivery environments; a Master's may substitute two years. Preference for DHS-related experience and clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience required.
• 8+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments; master's degree may substitute 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial data reporting and business analytics for mission requirements.
• Participate in budget analysis for formulation, execution, and Multi-Year Planning.
• Monitor budget figures and funding obligations and analyze alignment with priorities.
• Develop costing data, financial and program analysis to identify savings and risks.
• Capture budget requirements and lead or support resolution activities.
• Support budgeting and financial planning for the field office.
• Develop management recommendations and deliverables including briefings and papers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to taskings and data calls.
• Coordinate project requirements and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Create and maintain project documentation and SOPs.
