GovCIO is seeking a Senior Budget and Financial Analyst to support DHS ICE with budget execution, financial analysis, and data reporting for the Wyoming Sub-Field Office. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and rigorous program management.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience and 8+ years in dynamic delivery environments; DHS clearance is highly preferred. On-site only, posted range $95,000–$110,000 per year.

• 8+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments; master's may substitute for 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial data reporting and business analytics for mission needs.
• Participate in budget analysis for formulation, execution, and multi-year planning.
• Monitor budget figures and funding obligations; analyze needs and priorities.
• Develop costing data, financial analysis, and program analysis to identify savings and risks.
• Capture budget requirements and lead resolution activities aligned with program outcomes.
• Support budgeting for the field office and respond to government taskings and data calls.
• Prepare white papers, issue papers, risk assessments, and briefs for decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet standards.
