Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks a Senior Budget Analyst to lead financial management for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. You will be the principal financial advisor, ensuring compliance across defense funding streams and optimizing resource allocation for naval aviation capabilities.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain), a MA/MS degree, and 10+ years in budgets/financial analysis, with expertise in PPBE and

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Master's degree (MA/MS) from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of progressive financial management, budgeting, or accounting analysis experience (naval aviation/MDAPs preferred)
• Deep knowledge of PPBE cycle and DoD FMR

Responsibilities

• Lead budget estimates review to ensure accuracy and compliance with NAVAIR procedures and federal regulations
• Interpret budgeting and accounting reports to identify trends and variance
• Develop long-range funding projections and budget justifications for acquisition and sustainment schedules
• Prepare executive briefs on financial status for program leadership
