Qualifications

• High school diploma and 7 years of experience in management analysis, budgeting or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in management analysis, budgeting or related fields.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Review LBR and inputs into LAS/PBS system.
• Monitor budgets and review financial reports (salaries, benefits, expenses).
• Review and approve contracts and purchase orders in AIMS workflow.
• Develop Fixed Capital Outlay (FCO) budget data and submit to budgeting offices.
• Maintain Federal Grants Tracking System and ensure grant reporting compliance.
• Perform other related work as required.
