Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Division’s Rule Coordinator. Assists bureaus and program supervisors with rule updates, revisions and development.
• Reviews rules for accuracy, grammar and consistency. Identifies potential problems and recommends actions.
• Files all appropriate documentation throughout the stages of rule development and publication by deadlines.
• Ensures forms are updated and incorporated within the rule; coordinates with OATS for accurate forms.
• Acts as the division’s Forms Coordinator to ensure forms comply with rules and policies.
• Assists with drafting administrative complaints and warning letters; coordinates hearings and settlements as needed.
• Serves as the division’s legal archivist; maintains legal files and responds to public records requests.
