This position oversees the financial lifecycle of large-scale construction and infrastructure initiatives. This role requires strategic financial planning, strict bond compliance, multi-year forecasting and regular reporting to governing boards, the public and regulatory agencies.
The Senior Budget and Accounting Manager directs the overall financial strategy, planning, and administration for multi-million dollar capital bond programs. This position works in tandem with project managers, procurement, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure public funds are allocated optimally, spent efficiently, and audited in complete compliance with municipal or governmental regulations.
