Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines is seeking a Supervisor, BSA in our Houston, TX office to lead the software development team within the Commercial IT group. The role will ensure the reliability of infrastructure, systems and applications that support the commercial operations, primarily on a large-scale, custom developed AWS-based application.

You will supervise team members, plan work with stakeholders, and manage contracts while aligning with Veriforce compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant technology/industry.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the software development team.
• Manage workload, prioritization and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; onboard new staff as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors, business users and IT to address issues and opportunities.
• Plan, execute and monitor projects; manage budgets and resources.
• Develop training materials and share knowledge to improve team capabilities.
