Qualifications

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues using structured methods.

Responsibilities

Lead definition and documentation of business requirements and project deliverables.
Serve as Project Manager using Boardwalk IT standards and agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to resolve issues and drive opportunities.
Develop test plans and cases to ensure applications meet specs.
Generate reports and provide data to management on initiative status.
Maintain system and compliance documentation and knowledge bases.
Coordinate with vendors and business users on contractual terms and scope.
