Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Data Engineering and Web Applications Team Manager to guide multiple engineering teams delivering scalable, secure data platforms and web applications. You will shape strategy, drive modernization, and promote cloud adoption while mentoring leaders and advancing enterprise priorities.

You will partner with business, architecture, data, security, and infrastructure teams to align investments, improve data quality, and ensure reliable delivery of critical platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, data integration, analytics engineering, or related tech disciplines.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams and managing complex enterprise programs.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application development and engineering organizations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, modern software engineering practices, and DevOps.
• Hands-on with Informatica, IDMC, BigQuery, Java, Python, GCP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities
