Job summary

Exzeo Group in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA) to own initiatives from discovery through post-release support.

You will become a subject matter expert on assigned products and processes, maintaining product manuals and driving solutions with stakeholders, developers, QA, and the Director of Product Solutions. Responsibilities include leading discovery, requirements, solution design, testing, and implementation while aligning product strategy to corporate goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the Property & Casualty field required.
• 7+ years’ Business Systems Analyst experience preferred.
• Experience writing SQL Server queries required; Mongo queries preferred.
• Familiar with Agile software development and UAT methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Align product strategy with corporate strategy and lead complex software projects.
• Lead design and implementation with stakeholders and developers.
• Gather requirements and evaluate alternatives for solutions.
• Create detailed requirement specifications/use cases for dev team.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
• Facilitate and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Lead meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Prioritize development efforts based on business needs.
• Coordinate with development and QA to meet project schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and demos for customers.
