Job Description:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) defines solutions, including requirements, designs, services, and recommendations, to address business and systems problems. They own the integrity of the solutions through customer acceptance and final disposition. Responsible for developing, maintaining, managing, and delivering technical information or documentation in accordance with client standards via print and online mediums. The role involves interfacing with management, users, and IT professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Typically, the senior BSA possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas. For agile projects, responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle.

• Requirements definition and traceability

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of Financial Services experience
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel CRM implementations
