Job summary

You will own the customer integration experience end-to-end, designing and delivering the Bruin SDK, public APIs, and the developer portal that makes integrating with Bruin effortless for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must ship developer-facing surfaces — SDKs, APIs, or platform products used by external developers.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering with SDKs / APIs / platform focus.
• Ownership of a developer-facing SDK or public API at production scale; discuss design decisions and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bruin SDK and Bruin's public APIs end-to-end, including design, versioning, and ergonomics.
• Own the Developer Experience Portal with quickstart guides, API references, and samples.
• Lead the Bruin Integration Marketplace design and expansion across connectors and onboarding.
• Apply enterprise integration patterns for webhook delivery, retry, idempotency, and observability.
• Collaborate with customer engineers, provide mentorship, and maintain high code quality.
