Job summary

Ayres Associates Inc. is seeking a dynamic professional to develop, organize, track deliverables, and budget for brownfield redevelopment projects across the United States.

Join a multi-disciplinary team including Urban Planners, Environmental Engineers, and Economic Development Professionals to assist communities with redevelopment, expansion, or modification of facilities or infrastructure while coordinating with clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental or geological fields or related discipline.
• Minimum of eight years brownfield consulting experience.
• Willingness for limited travel (some overnight stays).
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors per Federal and State regulations.
• Ability to follow health and safety requirements on project sites.
• Understanding of environmental site assessments and redevelopment planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of clients and growth of brownfield services across the US.
• Schedule and monitor project work and deliverables for successful completion and financial performance.
• Coordinate a diverse group to complete environmental assessment and redevelopment plans.
• Attend meetings, conduct project/client research, and perform client-related activities.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure project execution and deliverables.
• Delegate tasks within project teams and develop project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, contracts, and permits.
• Collaborate with Urban Planners, Economic Development Professionals, Landscape Architects, Environmental Engineers, Transportation Engineers, and Water Resource Engineers.
