Job summary

Ayres in Fort Collins seeks a senior professional to develop, organize, track deliverables and budgets for brownfield redevelopments across the US. You will work with a team of urban planners, engineers, and environmental experts to drive environmental assessment and redevelopment projects from initiation to completion.

The role emphasizes communication, leadership, and regulatory coordination, with travel limited as needed and a strong emphasis on health and safety compliance on each project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental or geological fields or related design.
• Eight years of brownfield consulting experience.
• Willingness for limited travel in and out of state.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors per regulations.
• Ability to manage health and safety on projects.
• Understanding of ESAs, redevelopment planning, and cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of clients and grow brownfield services in the US.
• Schedule and monitor project deliverables and financial performance.
• Coordinate diverse teams for environmental assessment and redevelopment plans.
• Attend meetings and conduct client research and related activities.
• Coordinate with regulators to ensure project success and deliverables.
• Delegate tasks within project teams and develop deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, and permits.
• Collaborate with urban planners, engineers, and specialists.
