Job summary

Ayres is seeking an innovative professional to develop, organize, track deliverables, and budgets for brownfield redevelopment projects across the United States. Join a multidisciplinary team helping communities redevelop sites with environmental expertise and creative solutions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in environmental/geological disciplines, at least eight years of brownfield consulting experience, and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of clients and help grow brownfield service offerings across the US.
• Schedule and monitor project deliverables and budgets to ensure successful outcomes and financial performance.
• Coordinate a diverse group of professionals to complete environmental assessment and redevelopment plans.
• Manage client relationships, attend meetings, and conduct project/client research as needed.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure project success and deliverables.
• Develop project deliverables with teams including planners, engineers, and economists.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in environmental/geological engineering or related field
