Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive in the Brokerage division in Phoenix, AZ. You will independently search for and cultivate leads, negotiate rates, and manage relationships with top-tier shippers and carriers to drive load volume.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of professional sales experience, plus 2 years in transportation or 3PL. Join a fast-paced team focused on growth, innovation, and delivering for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of professional sales experience.
• 2 years of experience in transportation or 3PL.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads through cold calling and trusted sources to secure sales and load volume.
• Negotiate profitable rates and client satisfaction with customers; may negotiate rates and services.
• Understand industry rates, carriers, load capacities and equipment year-round.
• Collaborate with team to secure terms of sale and assist junior colleagues.
• Update internal tracking and reporting systems daily for accuracy.
