Job summary

Ryan Specialty, LLC, is seeking a Senior Brokerage Operations Coordinator to support its Professional & Executive Liability (ProExec) team in La Jolla, CA. The role combines operations, coordination, and client service in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining insurance documentation, assisting with quotes, processing loss runs and policy documents, handling surplus lines filings, and maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience or related operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to brokers and team members for ProExec practice.
• Prepare and maintain insurance documentation, correspondence, and account records.
• Assist with quoting activities and presentation of quote materials to brokers.
• Obtain and process loss runs, policy documents, and underwriting information.
• Support surplus lines filings and documentation requirements.
• Research and help resolve accounting and policy servicing issues.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information across internal systems.
• Respond to broker and internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
