Job summary

Anuvu is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the MTN-TV service and its IP content delivery platform. The role is hands-on, focusing on systems integration, installation, troubleshooting, and live content delivery to ensure reliability and optimal performance of the broadcast infrastructure for subscribers.

Reporting to the Broadcast MCR Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to operate a robust TV content platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required and strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT networking and applications, preferably in broadcast or streaming.
• Hands-on experience with IP-based TV delivery and cloud platforms is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead live TV operations support, ensuring uninterrupted broadcast delivery across Internet, EVPL, P2P, and MPLS.
• Manage end-to-end Zixi-based streaming operations and coordinate with Zixi for support and upgrades.
• Configure and maintain servers, streaming apps, receivers, and connectivity for programming continuity.
• Provide IT/IP integration, document workflows, and mentor junior staff.
• Lead or support technology deployments, including cloud migrations and AI-driven tools.
