Job summary

The role involves onsite responsibilities, collaboration with vendor teams, and hands-on work with Lawo audio systems, NDI workflows, and IP‑based infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must understand broadcast technologies, television standards and IT skills.
• Understand SMPTE standards and ensure quality control on broadcast equipment.
• Experience with packet/protocol analyzers and TCP dump for performance issues.
• Ability to work as individual contributor, tech lead, or team member.
• Experience with on‑prem and cloud storage/compute; maintain DR/BC plans.
• Exposure to Lawo audio consoles and broadcast audio systems.
• Knowledge of NDI workflows and IP-based broadcast infra.
• Familiar with MOSART automation, Riedel intercoms, broadcast audio mixing.
• Apt at live production and studio operations; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain contribution and distribution platforms for the broadcaster.
• Develop broadcast network infrastructure for the facility.
• Conduct performance and system tests; evolve facility architecture.
• Analyze dashboards; optimize system traffic and identify issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement roadmaps.
• Work with broadcast switches/routers for signal distribution.
• Support on-air broadcast systems and IP‑based networks.
