Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and business credit underwriting.

• Strong relationship-building and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Balance client needs with firm risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; provide deposit, cash management and credit solutions up to ~$15M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals and centers of influence to grow primary banking relationships.
• Understand clients' personal financial goals and collaborate with Branch, Wealth Mgmt and Private Bank for solutions.
• Onboard clients with end-to-end delivery of accounts and services; leverage Treasury products with specialists.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to branch-based bankers on sizeable credit deals as needed.
