You will cultivate relationships across branches and business units, providing financial advice and risk-aware recommendations to owners and executives in mid-market firms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related business lending role.
• Strong knowledge of deposit, cash management, and business credit concepts.
• Ability to provide customized financial solutions and proactive alternatives.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.
• Experience leveraging networks and centers of influence for growth.

Responsabilités

• Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of ~70 business clients with >$3MM annual revenue.
• Provide deposit, cash management, and credit solutions up to ~$15MM, supporting branch bankers.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored banking solutions and risk management.
• Grow portfolio by prospecting expansion and leveraging centers of influence and referrals.
• Conduct in-person visits to develop full financial relationships and increase primary bank share.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Private Bank, and other units to deliver multi-product solutions.
• Ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance are followed in all client interactions.
