Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) is required.
• PE license in Indiana or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 8+ years of bridge engineering experience.
• Project management experience with INDOT and local agencies.
• Strong understanding of design standards, regulations, and funding processes.
• Strong technical, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and structures projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
• Cultivate client relationships and pursue new business opportunities to support growth.
• Mentor and manage project teams, providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare proposals, supplements, reports, and feasibility studies.
