Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Bridge Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for bridge projects in the Shreveport, LA area. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

You will manage planning, scheduling, and coordination of crews, equipment, and materials. A track record in bridge construction, strong leadership, and travel to sites across the Shreveport region are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience as a Superintendent on heavy civil bridge projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing bridge projects.
• Knowledge of bridge construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Shreveport, LA area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of bridge construction from planning to project completion.
• Ensure safety regulations, company policies, and project specs are followed.
• Develop and manage project schedules and monitor progress.
• Coordinate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Supervise on-site crews and mentor staff for safety and productivity.
• Conduct site inspections for quality control and compliance.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve construction issues promptly.
• Maintain daily reports, safety logs, and progress records.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on status.
