Otak is seeking an experienced Bridge/Structural Engineer to join our Redmond, WA office. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design bridges, structures, and related facilities for public and private projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and budgets.

The role involves guiding junior staff, performing site inspections, and supporting business development while balancing form, safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Registered Washington Civil or Structural Engineer license required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of proven bridge/structural engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead structural engineers/designers/technicians in plans, specs, cost estimates for bridges and related structures.
• Perform design services to standards for local, state, and federal codes.
• Prepare and lead construction plans using AutoCAD.
