Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, staffing, billing, QA/QC, client updates, and closeout to ensure successful delivery.
Lead design strategy with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align project decisions with client goals.
Prepare winning proposals, serve as primary client contact, and support business development with public agency and municipal clients.
Provide clear direction, motivation, mentorship, and leadership while representing our client in professional and community settings.
