Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Bridge Project Manager to lead complex bridge projects across our New York offices (Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse).

You will guide design, manage scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while mentoring other project managers. The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil or Structural Engineering, a PE license, 10+ years of engineering with 8+ years in project management, and experience with Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years progressive engineering experience; 8+ years PM experience.
• Prior bridge design experience required.
• NYSDOT/Bridge NY/NY Thruway experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships for bridge projects.
• Serve as a seller/doer, developing work with clients and leading marketing plans.
• Lead and mentor other Project Managers and support team growth.
• Prepare proposals, project plans, and closeout documents.
• Track multiple projects to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Interpret client contracts and manage relationships to meet needs.
