Job summary

Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering.
10+ years in civil transportation engineering, including highway design project management.
Professional Engineering License (PE).
Demonstrated experience managing NYSDOT, LAFA and locally funded highway projects; familiarity with federally funded programs and bridges from design to delivery.
Client-focused leadership, collaboration, integrity, respect, active listening, sound judgment, organization, and ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead highway transportation projects from proposal through design and construction.
Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, staffing, billing, QA/QC, client updates, and closeout to ensure successful delivery.
Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align project decisions with client goals.
Prepare winning proposals, serve as primary client contact, and support business development with public agency and municipal clients.
Provide clear direction, motivation, mentorship, and leadership while representing our client in professional and community settings.
