Job summary

Qualifications

• Design decisions impact technical design and work planning.
• Coordinate planning and design across multiple technical disciplines.
• Prepare deliverables that are on time, within budget and scope.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Assist with marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team work; mentor staff.
• Coordinate technical aspects with clients and partners at staff level.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain staff; manage timecards and staffing plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
