Jobot is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer in Columbia, SC to lead complex bridge design work, produce technical reports, specifications and contract documents, and coordinate project phases with other disciplines and management staff.

You will review and guide junior engineers, ensure on-time delivery, and contribute to a portfolio spanning inspection, rehabilitation, and complex structural design. PE licensed candidates are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• PE license required or ability to sign/seal design documents.
• Minimum 4 years of bridge engineering design experience.
• Experience with prestressed girder design, bridge replacement design, culvert design and bridge load ratings.
• Working knowledge of QA/QC procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Produce complex bridge designs and related technical reports, specs and contract documents.
• Plan and schedule project phases, coordinating with other disciplines and project management staff.
• Track project progress to keep production on track and on budget.
• Deliver projects on budget and on schedule.
• Guide and review work of junior engineers.
