Job summary

STV currently has an opening for a Bridge Inspection Team Leader in the Transportation group in New York, NY. The role sits within the Northeast bridge practice and requires leading assigned tasks while coordinating with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and project delivery.

Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree, a NY/NJ PE license with FHWA NHI Training Certification, and 8+ years of bridge inspection experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license in NY/NJ with FHWA NHI Training Certification.
• 8+ years bridge inspection experience.
• Experience with DOT, MTA, TBTA, PANYNJ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks within the Bridge Practice and Northeast group.
• Support design group on projects and help manage budgets/schedules.
• Maintain quality of project deliverables for the Bridge Group.
• Assist in plan production by CAD layout and markups.
