Job summary

You will plan staff training, maintain program quality, coordinate workloads, identify opportunities, and serve as Project Manager or QC Reviewer on bridge, tunnel, and structural projects. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of bridge inspection/design, and an active PE license.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• MS in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years bridge/structural inspection and design experience.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead NY/NJ Bridge Inspection Program, including planning and staffing.
• Develop QA requirements and review inspection submissions for quality.
• Identify business opportunities and lead proposals and marketing efforts.
• Manage bridge/tunnel inspection teams and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate with bridge design, planning, and traffic control disciplines.
