Job summary

GFT is seeking a Group Leader - Senior Bridge Engineer to join its Cleveland office. This role involves leading a bridge team, managing complex projects, and engaging in transformative transportation infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of bridge engineering experience and be responsible for project management, client coordination, and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Approximately 15+ years of professional bridge engineering experience, including management of projects.
• Existing working relationship with Ohio DOT and local municipalities.
• Experience in bridge design on Ohio DOT projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge projects primarily in Ohio.
• Guide and mentor bridge staff.
• Prepare structural designs and calculations for bridge projects.
