Job summary

GFT is seeking a Bridge Discipline Leader to build and lead a bridge practice in our Denver, CO office. The leader provides strategic oversight, manages multiple teams, and ensures alignment with organizational goals.

You'll oversee resource planning, financial performance, and client satisfaction while mentoring staff and supporting business development. The position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience, alongside skills in project management and bridge design.

GFT offers a hybrid work environment and comprehensive benefits, with a salary range of $240,000 – $265,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil Engineering preferred) or 15+ years experience.
• Proven expertise in highway bridge design and construction.
• Extensive experience with CDOT and local public agencies in Colorado.
