Job summary

GAI Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Bridge Practice Lead to lead our Bridge Engineering Group within our Ohio Transportation Business Unit. This role requires strategic client interaction and business development across Ohio and adjacent regions.

Remote or hybrid work options are available, with a sign-on bonus for the right candidate. You will provide engineering leadership, manage project teams, ensure quality, and collaborate with departments to deliver transportation structure designs

Qualifications

• 20+ years of bridge engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license with multi-state reciprocity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and specifications for transportation structures per AASHTO/ODOT.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure quality control.
• Engage with clients and develop business opportunities.
• Coordinate with regional teams and travel as needed.
