Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• 10+ years of bridge engineering experience.
• 7+ years experience with proposals, developing budgets and financial management to run a team.
• Ohio PE license is required (or through reciprocity).
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends affecting the environment.
• Ability to lead, plan, organize and manage staff to achieve results.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Lead the Bridges & Structures department within the region.
• Collaborate with other Department Managers and Regional Discipline Leader.
• Actively involved in marketing and business development.
• Monitor work backlog and cross-region discipline sharing.
• Oversee proposals and contracts for assigned projects.
• Manage financial performance to meet revenue and profit goals.
