Heartline Staffing is seeking a Bridge Engineering Section Manager in Lexington, KY. You will oversee business development, financial success, and staff management for the local department, driving growth and project success.

Responsibilities include coordinating strategic plans, leading proposals, managing budgets, and serving as a technical lead for PMs and staff. Onsite role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• Minimum 10 years of bridge engineering experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate strategic growth plans with office managers and practice leaders.
• Lead and contribute to production of proposals.
• Manage department budget and staffing resources.
