Job summary

Consor is seeking a senior bridge engineer to lead design and review of major infrastructure projects. You will act as a trusted technical leader, guiding teams across conceptual planning to final construction while ensuring quality, schedule, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a PE license, a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, and 15+ years of transportation experience, with proficiency in Microstation, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years transportation engineering experience.
• PE license.
• Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
• Hybrid office/field environment with standard office equipment usage.
• Physical demands including sitting, standing, and occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and review of major infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and deliver constructible solutions.
• Support business development through proposal strategy, technical presentations, and pursuit leadership on key projects.
• Provide QA/QC oversight across multiple projects and teams to ensure technical consistency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and technical authority for complex infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical support on a variety of bridge projects.
• Lead delivery of high-quality projects within budget and on schedule.
• Collaborate with bridge teams from conceptual planning to final design and construction.
• Identify and implement innovative engineering solutions based on project constraints.
