Consor is seeking a Senior Bridge Design Engineer in Georgia to lead complex bridge and transportation projects from concept through completion. You will act as the Georgia technical bridge expert, guiding design and delivering innovative solutions while coordinating schedules and budgets.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of DOT bridge experience, and strong leadership and client-facing skills. This hybrid role may involve field exposure and office work in the Atlanta area.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience designing DOT bridge and roadway projects.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience in managing scopes of work, invoices and client communications.
• Familiar with DOT Bridge and Structures Design Manual.
• Experience designing DOT bridges for seismic loading.
• Experience in municipal project management (state/county/city).
• Proficiency with MS Office and project tools; Open Bridge Designer and MathCad Prime.

• Lead, pursue, develop and execute major bridge and transportation projects within budget and schedule.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets to ensure high-quality work.
• Act as staff/technical resource for advanced engineering problems.
• Direct a team of engineers and technicians, including performance reviews.
