Job summary

Civil Design, Inc. (CDI) is seeking a Bridge Engineer – Project Manager to lead the Structures/Bridge Group. You will manage projects, coordinate with staff and clients, and guide engineers across transportation and site development disciplines.

The role offers flexible scheduling within a people-first culture, with opportunities to mentor teams and sign/seal critical documents as required.

Qualifications

• Must lead projects from scope to budgets and coordinate with staff and clients.
• Proficient with structural analysis and design software; able to sign/seal work as required.
• Ability to manage DOT client projects and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects with scope and budgets; coordinate design work and team.
• Sign/seal work as required and ensure quality deliverables.
• Analyze and design transportation structures including bridges and retaining walls.
