Job summary

Arthefy in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer / Project Manager to lead bridge and transportation projects. The role combines technical leadership with project management and client relationship responsibilities in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

You will mentor staff, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and help grow the Richmond office and broader Virginia/DC market while delivering projects for local, state, and federal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Structural focus (ABET-accredited).
• 10+ years of bridge and structural engineering/design experience.
• Active PE license; Virginia license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and structural projects from preliminary design through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, and delivery.
• Provide technical and structural engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
