Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer to lead design teams in Minnesota. You will guide project delivery for highway bridges, interchanges, and related structures while developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior staff, applying LRFD design standards, and leveraging MicroStation/Civil 3D skills to deliver safe, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of progressive experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Iowa.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff.
• Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams and assist with team development and business development for projects.
• Cultivate new client relationships in markets for transportation projects, including North Dakota.
• Utilize expertise on DOT project management and bridge design, including replacement and preservation design.
• Work with contractors and owners to develop innovative construction staging approaches.
• Lead junior staff and promote growth of their technical skills.
