Bolton & Menk, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer to lead design teams on highway and bridge projects and to mentor junior staff.

You will engage in business development and client relations to fuel growth in the North Dakota market, applying DOT project management and bridge design expertise. The role requires a Civil/Structural degree, 8+ years of experience, a PE license (Iowa preferred), and proficiency with MicroStation/Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of progressive experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Iowa.
• Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams on highway infrastructure projects including interchanges and bridges.
• Foster client relationships and pursue growth in the North Dakota market.
• Apply DOT project management and bridge design knowledge, including replacement and preservation.
• Collaborate with contractors and owners on construction staging approaches.
• Mentor junior staff and develop their technical skills.
