Bolton & Menk, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer to lead design teams on highway and bridge projects, including interchanges, pedestrian and river crossing bridges, and related structures.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and collaborate with owners and contractors to implement innovative construction approaches while expanding our presence in the North Dakota market. A PE license and 8+ years of experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited program.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in structural/bridges.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Iowa (requires state licensure).

Responsabilidades

• Lead design teams on highway infrastructure and bridge projects.
• Develop and mentor junior staff and support business development.
• Manage DOT bridge design projects and construction staging with contractors.
• Cultivate client relationships for growth in the North Dakota market.
• Coordinate with owners and describe innovative construction approaches.
