Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Civil/Structural degree, 8+ years of experience, an Iowa PE license, and proven skills in project management, business development, and mentoring staff. On-site role with strong community impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Iowa.
- Experience managing and mentoring staff.
- Experience with project management, proposals, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead design teams and mentor junior staff.
- Oversee transportation/bridge projects including interchanges and pedestrian bridges.
- Develop client relationships and pursue business opportunities.
- Collaborate with contractors and owners on construction staging.
