You will manage DOT projects, coordinate with contractors and owners, and guide junior engineers while advancing innovative construction approaches and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university
• 8+ years of progressive experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Iowa
• Experience managing and mentoring staff
• Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams and assist with team development and business development for transportation projects
• Cultivate client relationships in dynamic markets to grow the North Dakota market
• Utilize DOT project management and bridge design experience, including replacement and preservation design
• Collaborate with contractors and owners on construction staging approaches
• Lead junior staff and promote technical skill growth
