Job summary

Neel-Schaffer, Inc. is seeking a Bridge Engineer to join our growing transportation structures team in Columbia, SC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of bridge projects, enhancing transportation infrastructure. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in bridge design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license in South Carolina or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive bridge/structural design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver bridge projects including rehabilitation and widening.
• Conduct structural analysis and develop bridge plans.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients on bridge projects.
